50% in Advance 48 Hours Before the scheduled date, Balance 50% on the Day of relocation.

On-Call Moving Services Only:
50% to be paid in advance to the team at the loading station, Balance 50% to be paid to the team at the Unloading Station. We do not request the 50% Advance payment unless the Truck is loaded at your premises.

If you are booking the truck for the intercity relocation (Let's say Lahore to Karachi), we will request the 50% payment in advance once the loading is complete, and the balance 50% payable at the delivery location.

We will request the advance token payment if the loading location is far away and the mobilized truck has to cover the significant "dead-miles" to reach the customer premises, or in case the customer wants to keep the truck locked for overnight (or for a certain period), The token payment will be used to cover the cost during an unforeseen event of cancellation, and the balance amount will be returned to the customer.

- Zero Cancellation charges if canceled 24 hrs before the planned schedule date of the professional packing & moving Services.
- 10% of the advance amount or a minimum of PKR 5000 will be charged if canceled less than 24 hrs from the scheduled date & time.
- In-Case of Moving Service that's does not require Packing of household,

• Zero cancellation charges if you cancel before mobilization for Intra-city Movement.
• For Intercity movement, Daily Detention charges will be applied for that vehicle if the vehicle is locked by you in advance for the planned movement.
• If you cancel the job and return the vehicle from the loading station, a reasonable amount of local fare will be charged to cover the fuel & manpower expenses.

Yes, you will, we do not sugar coat the rates as well as we do not overcharge the customers. Moreover, we do not provide an oversize vehicle to any customer if there is no genuine need, apart from mitigating the risk of household personal effects (Household Items) that might not fit in a smaller vehicle.
